With former director Andy Schanz returning to Portland full time, the OTE had a director search during the Christmas season.  We are proud to announce that Chuck Nickles, a tuba performance major from the University of Oregon (2011) who spent 5 years in Germany in the Army Band, has been chosen to lead the ensemble into the 2017 season.  Welcome aboard, Chuck!
